Databases and online searching can be a daunting task when there is so much information out there to sift through. The Hallmark College Library has made this task easier by providing patrons with the Browse by Program feature. This allows a student to locate databases and external resources specific to their program of study.
The databases presented are part of the numerous collections of databases within GALE’s Academic OneFile. Breaking down Academic OneFile into subject specific collections enables patrons to use content specific to the searcher’s needs based on their field of study, narrowing the net cast when a searcher seeks information. Results are more relevant to their search and enables students to increase their confidence level in working with a powerful tool such as Academic OneFile with ease.
