The Federal Aviation Administration has recently released a notification that all individuals holding mechanic certificates with airframe and/or powerplant ratings, who were tested by Designated Mechanic Examiner Bryan Tobias are required to take a reexamination to ensure that these individuals meet Federal Regulation standards. Hallmark College is in the processes of developing resources to help any individuals affected by this notice regain certification. A program for all alumni affected by this notification will be implemented on or before September 21st. Please keep posted for more specific information.
